Really good service with good food.

It was brilliant, marvellous and with a spa bath.

Everything was spotless and met all required needs. I had 1 night in Luton, spending the time here lovely. They gave a king room with airconditioning, spa bath plus milk as I booked. The staff was willing to help and the service was brilliant. Pleasant location - a few steps away from everywhere I needed;)))

Lovely, unique boutique hotel in Luton handy for the airport. Luton is not a holiday resort, more a budget airline corridor and the rest of the hotels reflect this in their goods, whereas The Leaside is for the more discerning well travelled person.

We arrived late from Luton airport after having some problems picking up our hire car, so it was great to enter the caring atmosphere of the Leaside Hotel. The bar stayed open long enough for us to have a relaxing drink and breakfast next morning was very ample and well presented. As our hire car was smaller than advertised, we needed to store luggage before embarking on our uk tour. The hotel manager Paul could not have been more helpful, allowing us to store our luggage at the hotel for the duration of our trip. The staff at Leaside are terrific and we found the other guests also were enjoying their stay when we chatted with them at the bar.

The rooms are brilliant with a huge jacuzzi, so that guests have essentials.

The terrace outside our room provided a unique vantage point with a mix of nature and urban activity, making our stay nice. Enjoyed a fantastic dinner at a nearby restaurant.

Handy for the station and the 'flesh pots' , such as they are of Luton.

No negative comments. I use hotels a lot and this one rates highly in my book.

Welcoming, warm and friendly and informal atmosphere. The hotel has a unique character anf style which is often lacking in todays modern hotels.

Just a small detail of the vanity facilities i.e. a mirror needed close by to a plug socket (for the ladies).

Good comfortable rooms, a bit small, nice staff and a good breakfast.

Unbeatable location, a 10-15 minute walk from a large park. Positioned in the lovely area, close enough to railway line, the airport and the conservatory. Great to have a tapas restaurant with excellant menu for evening meals.

The breakfast was plenty and very good . We also had dinner in the evevning and the food was excellent - we asked for a fillet steak which was not on the menu that night and they cooked this for us . The lady who served us was extremely helpful .

I liked the Hotel - if anything I would have liked to go up to our room by lift - thereis no lift.

The ambiance had a unique character, with a quirky lounge bar and interesting decor that stood out. The varied food menus offered options like Thai prawn crackers and freshly prepared dishes that were quite nice.

The entryway hits you with a dark parking lot and a locked pedestrian gate. The Junior Suite I stayed in lacked a TV in the bedroom and had an irritatingly light bedroom door that vibrated. The soundproofing left much to be desired as I could hear conversations below. The shower in another room was let down by a broken fixture that required handheld use, and I was surprised by the lack of fresh fruit at breakfast.

I liked the location best because it suited my needs

the hotel was lovely and decorated nicely the brasserie food was excellent and it was situated near to the town
